Builders and Owner builders can benefit from a partnership with Melgrand at several stages of a homebuilding project. Our suggestions about which is the most suitable product and its correct installation can allow an earlier and more effective completion, as well as a value-adding improvement to the look and feel of the residence or development.

How do we work?
It is our normal practice to create a scope of works and sometimes a bill of quantities. After receiving approval we prepare a quotation. This might be a conforming quotation or a variation with nominated benefits arising from a change of approach etc. And we are now offering a new Custom Design Service to all clients, existing and new.

We will then, if required, provide a list of contractors who have completed satisfactory work with the product selected. We will be on hand to support installation procedures. Inspection and reporting on finished work if required.
